Constructive agriculture is a system of principles and farming practices that gives the highest priority to building soil fertility and producing healthy and nutritious food. It considers natural systems in their wholeness and complexity. Its practices are done in cooperation with nature. Furthermore, it empowers farmers to resume independent observations and analyses, thus enabling the experience of self-efficacy.
