Screw press for use on farm or biogas plant for manure separation but can also be used at biorefineries i.e. first step in grass protein extaction where grass juice is extracted from the biomass and the solid part is used for energy production in biogas plants.

With Twin Press P15 / P25 you get a very powerful screw press for extreme conditions. The screws have a very strong construction and design, which gives a fast advancement of the material in the insertion and a gradual smaller increase on the augers, which gives the windings an increased pressure in the press zone.

The hydraulic stop is equipped with a double-acting cylinder that adjusts the back pressure automatically to the nature of the pressed material. This ensures a uniform pressing of all materials. The dry separated biomass has can typically reach a DM content of 45-55%.
