Agricultural tax payers are entitled to an investment relief for expenses incurred on:
1) construction or modernization of livestock buildings for breeding, breeding and keeping livestock and facilities for environmental protection,
2) purchase and installation:
a) devices to create artificial rain,
b) drainage facilities and water supply devices for the farm,
c) devices to be used for the production of natural energy sources (wind, biogas, sun, water drop)
- if these expenses have not been financed in whole or in part with public funds.
As part of the investment relief, a farmer may apply for a deduction of expenses incurred for investments in photovoltaics.
